Our Team

Anya Parker-Lentz

Founder & C.E.O.

A New Yorker at heart, currently residing on the West Coast, Anya takes a humans-first approach to everything she does. Whether that’s connecting with other artists and musicians like her (she’s one half of synth-pop duo The Parkers with her sister,) or spending time on Zoom with clients refining their social media strategies, she loves bumping brains with other creatives. When she’s not managing her agency, she loves to run and listen to the Hidden Brain podcast. She’ll answer *almost* any question about Physics as a Summa Cum Laude graduate of NYU. Her agency was named after her incredible Grandmother, Anya Landau, who has hair just as wild and wonderful as hers.

Catalina O’Connor

Creative Design Manager

As an actual New York resident, Catalina is the Creative Design Manager and creative force behind the agency’s visual work. She thrives on brainstorming and conceptualizing social media visuals, ensuring each client’s core values shine through in the ultimate creative vision, and values the playful collaborative feeling of all her work. Landau is lucky to have brought Catalina onto the team after a successful position with GoGo SqueeZ, and as a graduate of Parsons The New School for Design. When she’s not applying her skills in Illustrator or Photoshop, you’ll find her in the kitchen cooking a meal with friends or at a restaurant ordering everything on the menu. Catalina’s passion for the success of our team and effortless interactions with our clients are why we love having her on our team.

Jasmine Bucklew

Executive Assistant

The strong and steady one who never loses her cool under pressure, Jasmine is the go-to for all things organization at Landau Agency. She anticipates the needs of her creative team, taking small but important things off their plates (all those little details which she happens to LOVE). She frees up Team Landau to think big and create amazing results for their clients. Starting her career off in accounting, she brings the same logical approach to her current role. Jasmine is a mom of two and constantly dreams up new adventures for her little family. Although others say she’s unreadable, she loves to serve (with boundaries, obvs) and make other people happy.

Christina Morgan

Account Manager

Christina is an ace at using social media to network with creative folks and help build followings. She loves collage – taking smaller parts of things and turning it into a completely new work of art – so it’s only natural she takes the lead on repurposing and reinventing client content in creative ways. Outside of work, you’ll catch Christina at concerts in New York with her film camera, capturing amazing candid moments, traveling to new places, reading a good book, or listening to Kurtis Conner’s Really Very Good podcast. It’s as important to Christina as it is to us for our clients to show up as the most authentic version of themselves on social media; as a careful and thoughtful listener, she is able to dive deep with each client to ensure their vision is realized.
